luceos TorchPE check storage/logs/flarum.log perhaps it holds some information as the error seems generated by Flarum. If there's nothing in there, enable debug in your config.php by setting the value false to true.
luceos TorchPE I'm referencing your config.php in the flarum directory and the storage directory is also available in that directory.
luceos Your permissions aren't set properly: sudo chgrp -R www-data /var/www/html/storage sudo chmod -R 775 /var/www/html/storage Replace www-data with the web user the site is running as.
TorchPE It is still giving a blank page error. Would the problem be that I used a db that was already in use?
luceos TorchPE under ubuntu the web user will most likely be www-data. Reinstalling is kinda futile, you'll most likely run into the same issues all over again ?
