My guess is that your zend-stratigility is incompatible. Run this command in Flarum's root dir: composer require zendframework/zend-stratigility": "1.2.*

that should fix the deprecated message too, could it be you didn't run the above command or it errorred?

Set debug to true in your config.php After that restart your web server and reproduce the error. Then click debug and send the error log.

Kyrne The actual page results don't even provide a good tutorial.

Endlore Here is where you can find the php.ini file in XAMPP.

Once you're there, find the line
always_populate_raw_post_data
and set it to -1

Save the file. You may need to restart PHP (or Apache) under XAMPP's services. Or just restart XAMPP.
