We need some more information before we can proceed. For example, can you change 'debug' => false, to 'debug' => true, in your config.php and then try to recreate the errors? When you get one again, click the DEBUG link in the red error bar and paste the contents of the popup here. That will give us more information to start working on your problem.
@Zeokat Generally the contents of the config.php isn't going to do much to help us here. We need to know what the error is first before we can start making assumptions. A better approach might be to ask for the output of php flarum info or to ensure that the user has debug turned on.
I know you're trying to help, but some users may paste their entire config.php in the clear and give attackers access before a mod or the user themselves can correct it. Let's not ask for config.php info in full unless it's absolutely necessary. Ask for specific lines if you need them, and help users protect themselves against attacks.
