I'm stuck at Getting Status page. It keeps spinning. I've even used the release version. PHP Memory limit is also set to 512M.
@andreherberth
Do you have access to an error log? What does the log files in pocketholds folder say?
Hi @andreherberth when i intall it using pockethold i get some strange text, can you help me please ?

Sidou disable and re-enable the English language in the admin panel, this should clear the cache.
clarkwinkelmann it worked THANK YOU
andreherberth i have download and uploaded PocketHold via FTP to my Server, but after the "Step 1 - Download Flarum" click nothing work. The "loading bar" is short on screen and than the "Step 1" Button is shows up again.
chris007 Hi, can you take a look in the /pockethold/log/ folder and see if the log files tells us? Is there an flarum.log file?
pvsmounish I had the same issue. Make sure you use the latest release: https://github.com/Pockethold/pockethold/releases/download/v0.1.0-beta.6/v0.1.0-beta.6-pockethold.zip . Just upload the zip, extract it and run installer.php. Make sure you have allowed 512 RAM for you php service and what I also did was to set execution time to a bigger interval than the default.
It seems that "it's not over till the fat lady sings". I'm stuck in "Updating dependencies (including require-dev)". The only thing that is alive is the Ajax log, which goes between progress and status. The same issue that is described here: Pockethold/pockethold47 . @andreherberth what should I do? Thank you.
@Andre Hi and thanks for your great work! It worked correctly at my side!
SimoneTravaglini What was your issue?
atreides Hi, would you be so kind as to contact me on discord? Link is in first post.
If you do not have discord, you can email me at pockethold (at) herberth.no.
Please note that I only read this email once in awhile.
andreherberth It seems there was a resources issue. I discarded the godaddy hosting and now I have my flarum installation up and running.
Thank you!
atreides Great you got it working. Alas, I have managed to get it working on Godaddy previously during testing. However then the issue was having to enable a php extension.
May I ask what provider you ended up with, and if you used pockethold nor not when installing?
andreherberth
I ended up with a docker instance on Digital Ocean. About the installation, I went "the hard way". Haven't used pockethold.
atreides
That's great!
I am fairly sure you will find Flarum easier to work with when on a VPS. And Docker is awesome
May I ask what docker image you are using?
Hello! I got everything uploaded, but it would be stuck on "Getting Status". Any reason and fix or troubleshoot available @andreherberth?
