how can i do primary tags?

When I go to look and generate main label only let me do secondary. I notice here that there are several main tags followed by secondary ones. But I have looked for how to achieve main tags and does not leave
and other question is .now i can put a image but . how can i center this ?

Just use center BBCode.... works fine.
As for tags, when creating a new discussion, choose your primary tag, and then your secondary ones...
