Tag dragging and disappearing edit button

So in a infuriating "it was working but isn't now" post:
I'm unable to drag the tags and when I attempt to do so, I lose the ability to edit them (until I refresh the post)
I'm using Firefox 40.0
This does not occur with opera 12.16
I'm going to check if one of my addons is causing this..

So this problem resolved itself after exiting and starting firefox. Odd.
Hopefully it's not a persistent issue.

Same for me!! i can't able create a Primary tag....

Try deleting assets/*.js files

after i create new tag. i just refresh the page. then start dragging. this is the trick for now. (for me)

Same trouble in Chrome. Reloading resolves but the issue reproduces consistently.
