"Forget Password?" not working?

Hello,

A friend of mine has forgotten her password to my forum (http://wellspringdreams.club). She clicked on the Forget Password? link at the bottom of the login pop-up and instead she's gotten an error:

I don't know what's causing it, but, the "Debug" is turned on. I set up my SMTP email (unless if I've missed something in the setup - I wrote "SSL/TSL" in the Encryption field). I've searched the forum to see if anybody else had gotten this same issue, but haven't found anything. I don't know what else I'm missing but much of the forum (and the extensions) are working well.

Adrimarie can you receive other emails? Try signing up for an account.

Could be that you used TSL/SSL, try one or the other

Kyrne If you mean receiving emails from Flarum, I haven't received any. But testing the email account with all my other email accounts, I do receive emails from this account.

When I set up my mail client (Mailbird), SSL/TLS was recommended. Here's my current setup.

You wrote TSL in the form, but it's TLS.

jordanjay29 Can't believe I didn't see that, but thank you for pointing it out. I fixed it.

I tried testing it again myself and I'm still getting that same error.

Adrimarie you should pick either one. Not both.
