What about a todo board?

jslirola thanks for your offer that's extremely generous of you. However, I already have a few people I rely on for testing. Issues found on premium extensions are always resolved with the highest priority would you run into them.

What you mean by boards? And have them listed by primary tag?

Tirual Aqueduct is like a kanban extension. Any primary tag automatically has a board where discussions are listed which use specific secondary tags. Eg your primary tag Support has a board, you configured the secondary tags "todo", "doing" and "done" for this board. Any discussion tagged with one of these secondary tags automatically shows on this board. In addition moving the discussion on the board between the columns changes the secondary tags of this discussion.

I have a lot of ideas how to evolve this extensions. Including

the ability to auto assign a secondary tag ("todo") when opening a discussion in a board-enabled tag
enabling the board per tag
auto actions, much like GitHub logic, which closes discussions once moved to done for instance

In order to make a decision how to evolve it, please let me know 😉

@luceos I know that I mentioned this elsewhere, but the perhaps the ability to hide certain tags by default (if looking to integrate this into an existing tag which already has conversation happening) so the general conversation topic doesn't get hugely overrun with task discussions.

Anyone else running into permissions issues? I have tried every way imaginable but it seems that I can only access boards as an admin. Even if I change user permissions, a user MUST be admin to access the boards.

MikeJones it's monthly, in order to allow for continued development. However nothing forbids you to subscribe and unsubscribe, effectively making you pay for one month. Once unsubscribed you can no longer upgrade or install a fresh copy.

Totally understand. One of the things I hope to do in the long run is provide packs of extensions at highly reduced rates. Something I was working on already though included the ability to ask a one-time payment for an extension to unlock it's current and future versions. However, development of it is currently halted due to other circumstances and obligations. I hope to be able to get back to that soon.
