When I go into the admin section and select tags, how do I go about adding a new Primary Tag and setup the two-level hierarchy?
When I click on "create tag" I get a dialogue and then when clicking save changes it creates a Secondary tag. There is no option that I can see to create a Primary tag. Perhaps I am having a "man look"?
