Fails to work after installing Flarum

I cant install Flarum through the normal means I had to use the php flarum install method. It installed and wrote all the configs and when i try to visit the forum in my browser it reports that the server cant currently fulfill the request.
Any ideas on how to fix this

Have you checked your server's logs? There should be a specific error about the issue. Otherwise, this is to generic to find the reason.

I fixed it
I had to delete all the files and re-download it
