Developers and graphics designers for a gaming community

Hello!
I'm working on a project for a gaming community, with a Discord, Flarum forum, and modern Minecraft server. (Easy for growing an audience).

We're in dire need of developers and graphics designers. Information about developing can be found at https://ageofpangar.com/forum/d/14-developing-for-age-of-pangar
We are in need of the following:

Front end developers (about two)
Java developers (needed the most, will need about five)
Back end developers (about four)
Graphics designer -to create a twitter logo, banner and logo for our community. (Need two)

Pramire for someone looking for a whole team of developers you seem to offer not much in return, just a title.. Developers in general and the time needed to code are undervalued immensely. It makes more sense for these kind of people to spend the limited time they have on things that benefit them as well.. For inspiration, read this SE question about working for free.

Maybe adding more information that will motivate people to join your cause might be helpful. ?

Apologies for off topic comment, what do the colored circles with white dots on your avatar represent? Is it an extension or just customization?

0E800 That's what happens when you add yourself to separate groups. If you hover over these circles you will see that he is part of the Executive, Forum Moderator and Support groups.

Edit: nevermind, I see the images are modified. Instead of a red dot with wrench, it's just a red dot with a white dot inside, instead of a wrench.

luceos Thanks for the reply. At the moment, we don' have much to offer them. Once we can get the community off of the ground, then I will have more to offer Developers and Graphics Designers.

Once the community is receiving donations, then we can (maybe) start paying our developers.

Positions are still open if you're interested.

I have to say this isn't a great (or at all appealing) business model. You can't expect to have several people on a team working for free.
