Disable signup + password recovery + emails

Hi,

I would like to completely disable emails sent by Flarum and to disallow user registration and password recovery from the interface. I use the API to register users from a different website, and I auto-activate the users with a MySQL trigger.

You will need an extension for that. Some SSO login extension include a way to disable the default one I believe.

Concerning emails you can always send them to the log driver or to the local mail and disable relay there ? Nobody will receive a thing.
