@Qiaeru Nice work! I think you would've seen this in Gitter, but I'm just gonna Toby what I said over in the Traditional Chinese thread as well:
Note that we strongly discourage overwriting Flarum's core files. It makes it a huge pain in the ass to upgrade, which is exactly what we're trying to avoid with the extensions system.
To make a language pack, you should make an extension which contains and registers your locale files. See the Packaging and Localization docs for more info.
Also, I think it would be appropriate to have a single language pack extension which includes all of the translations for core + the bundled extensions. At least, that's the conclusion we came to all those months ago, I think!
