[Solved] No CSS Loading

I ran the install and everything went well, but no CSS or content loads. I just get the name of my forum. I have these errors in the browser console:

I also have an error on the page itself (I have display errors enabled in my php.ini):

I tried putting use Zend\Stratigility\NoopFinalHandler as Out; in the beginning of my MiddleWarePipe.php file, but I got no results. Any ideas?

AdamW78 For the second error, run composer require zendframework/zend-stratigility 1.2.1 to roll back zend-stratiligy, more info here.

For the first one, not sure. Can you maybe show us your config.php? (without showing the database details)

There's my config.php.
As for the solution you suggested for the second error, nothing when running the command provided. I also realized I didn't give much system information. Running Ubuntu 16.04 and an Apache2 Webserver. Using AWS as my server provider.

datitisev Ok, so this helped some. I get a page that looks like this:

I have a few problems. None of the images are laoding. No idea why. The debug soesn't work. Any ideas?

Check config.php and be sure that it has or don't www. prefix there. If you use the other one images are broken. You can force to correct method with .htaccess
