Favicon not loading and some other stuff

I have been trying to figure this out for the past 3 days
My favicon is not loading on the main page it works on the admin but nowhere else I have it uploaded to the forum but it doesn't load on the main page I just get the default favicon http://prntscr.com/fpey7n.
Also I have been trying to get the proper email settings again ( I have posted about this previously I have tried those same settings but they don't work anymore for some reason) Current settings that also don't work: http://prntscr.com/fpeyxl
Also I have been trying to get the proper confirmation link in the email. It currently uses the numerical IP address /confirmation and I would like it to say forums.trinitymc.co/confirmation or something similar. When i edit my config.php it breaks the entire forum ( Won't load any page including the admin control panel)

I can probably help with the favicon issue.

Have you deleted/removed your browsing history, cookies, temporary internet files, etc? That'll be the first thing to do on any browsers you use to access your website, then simply close and reload it. The favicon should display correctly thereafter.

Bear in mind that the file extension should be .ico to work correctly (favicon.ico).

This was the first thing I tried that and it still doesn't work on the main page it works on the admin page

I think the issue with the confirmation email is from not having your smtp server configured properly.
I have not ever set up my own email server, so cant speak too much on that.
The smtp drivers work as they should. I use Google and they work on that.

ExZiByte Have you put the favicon.ico file in the core directory of your Flarum installation?

I fixed the emails not being sent but now they still say the server box's numerical IP.
also i tried uploading the favicon.ico to the root directory of flarum still doesn't work
also have cleared my cache (both the php cache of flarum and my browser's cache)
