Of course we can- and will and have been. If something goes wrong and it's not user-error... it's also known as a bug and deserves identifying what caused it and how to fix it. But the help would come at the same rate as any other support for free software. I think your point is there is no requirement of support (which is 100% true). But to say there will be no help isn't true. There's a whole tag for support
I can't speak for the OP and my intended audience is someone with a decent server skill level is scanning through and reads something like this
database structure might be different and thus your forum might get damaged or not usable.
which implied if I started using this, I might at some point have to trash everything and start anew - with a loss of all user data.. which isn't true. Apologies if it appeared I was encouraging production usage of a clearly beta software by a (possibly) novice user.
