I don't think we have an extension to enable anonymous posting yet. It should be relatively straightforward though, as we can already have old posts from deleted users (which are kind of anonymous).
As for images we have Flagrow Upload that allows you to uploads images in a post. You could also create an extension that replaces the default post editor with one that creates image-only posts.
