No extension has been made for that yet.
Do you expect the discussions to also be available under their category subdomain, or only category listing would be on a subdomain ? (all discussions are by default at /d/{id}, without regard to their tags)
Keep it mind it would break the single page application, causing full page reloads each time you change subdomain, thus reducing performance ?
