disable and re-enable any extension
run php flarum cache:clear
flush the cloudflare cache if you use it
hard clear the browser cache

If that doesn't help most likely the extensions haven't been translated into your selected language.

@luceos I also have this issue. The problem is caused by a check on translation files of the extensions but if there isn't any translation of the selected language (in my case Italian) then it doesn't use original strings. Is it possible to change this?
