If there's no other error on the page or in the server log, check the javascript error log in your browser while you are on the page (open dev tools > console) and check if there's a red error message there.
Sometimes enabling and disabling any extension will do the trick. Also do not forget CTRL+F5 to hard-refresh the browser cache.
Without an error message it will be hard to help ?
