arajdon The milestone definition is not ideal. Each milestone should be planned and not just thrown into a big one. Set a timespan for each milestone (1 Week/2 Weeks/1 Month) Work on a realistic amount of issues in this timespan. (Don't overfill milestones!) Split the issue types. Something like this: 60% Bugs, 20% Features, 10% UX, 10% Cleanup (Bug fixing needs to be pushed more frequent!)
