loads fine from my windows 10 PC, but displays
Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site
while I open it on my mobile.
I do not have SSH access, I am on shared hosting.
Any ideas?

You have misconfigured Nginx.

Try running sudo nginx -t and check the /var/log/nginx/ log files.

try browsing in mobile and you cannot see the forums properly
