How to edit theme

Hello, how can I add a footer on .. uhm.. footer of the forum with a text like: website running version: x and on the right side of footer something like: powered by flarum.
Any help is welcomed. Thanks!

Since is a thread regarding theme customisation I think I can reply here .

Is there a way to edit the whole structure of forum?
To create a custom header, footer and something else? To edit CSS, Threadview template etc? 😊
