I can understand why you'd want a category-style theme, but I'm not sure why you chose to revive a twenty-day-old thread about header links and logos in order to mention this. We have other discussions about theming (including the very recent one linked by dehbuff ) where your comment would be a much better fit.
I would ask that you please read the Community Guidelines carefully before posting.
As for the header navigation links, Toby's already let us know (in the first reply) where they stand and where they're going. So I see no reason not to close this topic for now.
