Blank home page issue when directly typing the address

I'm facing a strange issue with my flarum installation.
I have installed flarum in a subdirectory and it's been updated to latest 0.7beta. (using Nginx server)

The issue is that when I type in the subfolder address I get a blank page with the only logo in it.
Console provide me following errors -
the JS seems to be hitting a 404 because flarum is requesting a old JS file. ( i have cleared the cache and also deleted the js files from assets folder)
Because the jS been not loaded i get the "Uncaught ReferenceError: System is not defined" and blank page.

Note that it's only on the hompage. If I go to any inner page or topic/discussion page it works flawlessly. Strangely after that if i click on the logo and go back to the home page, everything works correctly.

But whenever i try to type the address directly (of home page) in the browser it ends up blank with only logo in it.

Hope anyone can help me on this.

-- I have disabled CloudFlare from caching the assets folder.

Very difficult with so little information. Almost sounds like an nginx misconfiguration.

luceos Thanks for the reply. I actually fixed the issue as you said correctly it was a misconfigured nginx.

On the way, i'm facing one serious issue now with caching.

It seems the website on Incognito or an entirely new browser show my profile (mostly admin profile) logged-in. (Though the functionality on clicking profile settings won't work as it provides "you do not have permission to do that ").

I usually need to go into one of the inner pages and clear cache to see the signup/login button and actually login.register a new user.

I'm using CloudFlare but have completed out OFF the cache for my forum.

Is there anything else that need to be done?
