Change the admin directory?

How exactly would I go about changing the admin directory? I am wanting to do so to ensure security of the admin account.

Senpie in config.php change the value of admin; paths => admin and make sure your rewrite rules are updated.

I done that but the directory still seems to remain as admin? Hmm.
