I cant change my profile photo from safari iOS

Hi there, I'm on my mobile and I cant change my profile photo from Safari (iOS). I click on avatar (pencil icon) and then click "upload" but this doesn't work ?

Blueh then I suggest downloading “puffin web browser” from the AppStore (the free version will work fine), it emulates a pc browser therefore allowing you to set the profile picture
