Why do I see development name in unofficial extension?

I am using "User management" extension in this screenshot.
It is very confusing for me to understand the text. Is it development error or did I messed up with my installation?

It's probably something with language files. Just remove and download extension one more time - it should work. Were you editing something in this ext?

Veriael No, I have not edited anything. This problem exist with almost all the extension.

I also see this on Chrome after installing a new module. I think language strings are getting cached by browser before translation is applied.

To fix it

Clear browser temporary data
Close your browser
Clear flarum cache (php flarum cache:clear from command line)
Restart your server
Open the browser

I am not sure all these steps are absolutely necessary, but that's what works for me.
