How can I get members' account? I want to enter the members' account to check, but I can not enter it, which is something I think should be done.

You mean you want to connect yourself to the forum with another user's credentials ?

There's no "login as user ..." admin feature in core, and I'm not sure any third-party extension provides it currently. Maybe the user directory/management extension (?).

Out of curiosity, why would you need that ? An admin can access practically everything already.

The content of posts in the database is not encrypted, the same is true for posts with the is_private field set to true (byobu posts).
