Oh, you mean for guests? Yeah, that's interesting.
Guests cannot reply to posts, but can see the button (which opens the login dialog).
They also cannot like posts, but can not see the button.
That's an inconsistency and should probably be fixed. Can you please report an issue on GitHub?
