If a discussion marked as Following has a tag which excludes it from showing on the All discussions view, it is also excluded from the Following view. The notification in this discussion however works as intended.
The issue can be reproduced on the DevFlarum Sandbox Server.
I have not yet opened an issue at github, as I'm not sure whether or not this behaviour is intended by the devs.
