I was reviewing (..again) the "Showcase your Flarum" thread:

As I was browsing other members Flarum sites I quickly discovered that many of the sites advertised on that thread did not still exist. I was thinking of a way I could quickly scrape the sites from the thread so that I could compile a list of still active forums when it hit me.. Flarum needs a Admin Ext. that can scan the forum for invalid links.
So that is my proposal for an extension idea.
To check all Flarum posts for invalid or improperly linked sites and let the admin know what posts the 404 links reside.
Of course this would be just the beggining. With a extension like this, it should also be possible to provide a list of known malware/porn/scam sites and flag those as well.
Maybe even offer the option to export to csv all links in a thread etc.
Even elevated option would be for the admin to be able to make sure Byobu private messages do not include links to child pornography and other sites you wouldn't want on your forum without having to intrude on privacy.
