can users flag the other users?

when i was roaming in the forum, i was just thinking that if someone has a porn avatar, with no message how would users/admins can manage this situation.

Is there any extension or option that users can flag the other users?
or is there any way to put some flag icon with action in the user profile page?
that would be good i guess.

A user with no messages would not show up on a vanilla Flarum installation. However would a user directory extension be installed that avatar might be public. In that case I'd just open a discussion about it?

i think this will be a problem someday for someone.
there are lots of spam users around, open a topic would be good i guess.
