I don't disagree that this roadmap was posted a while ago, and that Flarum should be further along than it is. This is a sentiment that I can assure you is shared by the developers and team behind Flarum. We've had some struggles and delays, most recently with the departure of Toby from the project. But we've also found a renewed energy and our developers have been strongly pushing progress towards the next Beta (10) into Github, the progress of which you can also see illustrated in our current dev blog.
I hope that on the successful release of Beta 10, you'll also be more assured that Flarum can reach the goals it has set out in a reasonable timeframe.
