Mongolian Language Extension

I copied official flarum-ext-english language extension and translate to some date Mongolia language. Change England icon flag with Mongolia flag.

For installation you must use composer.

In your site root write to terminal:
composer require bakumn/flarum-ext-mongolia

Release-ready extensions only!
Extensions posted must be release-ready. This means it must be possible to install and be compatible with the latest release as of posting. For language packs, this means all English strings should be translated.

You need to publish your extension on a place like packagist.org for your install command to function.

And you need to finish translating all the English strings. Even a cursory glance shows that the translation is not finished.

I'm moving this to our Dev tag until complete.
