How to translate timestamps as "X days ago"?

Hey,
I just finished translating Flarum to my language but I couldn't find the timestamps in any of the language files.
I'm talking about timestamps as of posts: "X days ago", "a few seconds ago", and so on.

Do you guys know of any way to translate them to different languages?

This is handled by the moment library. This library comes with its own translation. I'm not sure how language is handled in there however.

You have to extend momentjs from within js, see this example:
