I think that's a very specific need. Most forums don't need to add more ways for users to spam urls on their forums. Of course if your forum is a ProductHunt clone then it makes sense.
There will soon be a discussion attributes extension that could help you achieve that. It should be released as a Flagrow extension in the coming weeks.
