@Aesahaettr DigitalOcean is a VPS provider and a droplet is a KVM VM.
@Ganzuelo Digitalocean has a ton of guides to install lamp or leap stacks like this one. Once you have mysql (5.5+), php (5.5+), and Nginx/Apache installed it a simple matter of following the installation guide from the Flarum docs to install and configure Flarum. It's fairly straight forward and works as documented.
Alternatively If you are familiar with Linux containers you can grab the Flarum instance from Flockport and it is ready to use. Download the Flockport Flarum container to your droplet, start the container and you can access Flarum in your browser without needing to install anything.
You can use our automated Flockport installer to install LXC in your Digital Ocean droplet. It should be easier than installing everything from scratch but there is a slight learning curve.
