Flarum for Windows

I have a windows server and I would like to use this forum. Is it possible to get the files directly without downloading composer?

In general, once you have PHP (and other prerequisites) installed, Flarum should work on Windows as well as it does on other operating systems.

Composer is not available on Windows ?

It is but you still need a working webserver with all php packages.
