What's your browser ? Did you try clearing your cache ?
PS: You have a 404 error for a file at https://cdn.slaask.com/sounds/a866b254a6263d4e9d6c107fc29bfa43/incoming_message_sound.mp3 when loading the forum. Most probably that chat modal that opens at the bottom.
