Question about theming and customization

Hey, I was wondering how customizable Flarum can be with the help of proper programming personnel.
Could the search bar along with alerts and user status be moved to a completely different header?

Or more specifically, could it be arranged as shown below?

As you can see above the transaction between Flarum and other and header pages is seamless.

I can't see "the search bar along with alerts and user status be moved to a completely different header" in your example image. What you have shown here (different colors and background of the menu bar, somewhat increased height and a little shift to the left) can be accomplished even by a modest programmer with a little knowledge of CSS.

If you have "proper programming personel" you can do anything you want with Flarum ✨

In your example you might not even need a programmer. A designer could implement custom CSS for it ?

If you expect other non-flarum pages to also have the Flarum search/notifications/profile, a developer will most likely be able to integrate that into your CMS or whatever these pages are using.
