So I have a tag that I made viewable to everyone but only admins can start discussions. So I log in as a regular user and go to that tag and of course I am unable to start a discussion. I don't know this though until after I have clicked on the "Start a Discussion" button, typed something up and then try to post it. Then I get a message saying that I don't have permissions. It would be nice if you don't have permissions to post to a specific tag, that the Start a Discussion button wouldn't display.
