Does it happen with all users or just you ?
This could be related to your server or computer time setup... But an exact 5 minutes error sounds a bit suspicious ?
Does the issue happen with the english language pack ? I see you're using a translation, maybe this could be a translation error as well ? Sounds off as well, because if it was translation issue the green dot would still be here...
