Installation doesn't start on Namecheap hosting

PHP Version 5.3.29
MySQL Version 5.5.32-cll-lve

error log message is:
[30-Aug-2015 16:20:22 America/New_York] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/flarum/public_html/index.php on line 31

Any idea?

Ok now i get errors just i can see with chrome.
