As you can read on title, I have this problem and with a plus : when creating new discussion flarum creates too many. Sometime 5, sometimes 3... Whatever. Any idea or help welcome!
For re-creation :
Flarum workz on DO but sub-uri (main folder includes Wordpress)
Flarum, PHP and other stuff up-to-date
When click debug just show discussion url
