jordanjay29 wblz In a way, yes. You could require both a primary and secondary tag in the tags settings. This would have the effect that every discussion would have a secondary tag and no discussions would be in the primary tags themselves.

jordanjay29 It is read only. It's literally impossible to post a discussion in just a primary tag with that setting. Unless you mean something else by read-only?
