So I go to my forum http://stats.rushon.de/forum and it won't load any posts/doesn't let anyone log in.

The database is running and I have tried to restart apache and PHPMyAdmin.

It works sometimes but others it doesn't. I think it may be because my CMD with composer running was closed. How do I start that back up again/what command should I type?

XxPoNaGeXx you need clean cache, open your terminal and execute:

php flarum cache:clear

also clear cache of your browser.

XxPoNaGeXx have you all extensions installed in your server ? mbstring, pdo_mysql, openssl, json, gd, dom, fileinfo

Luck Yeah it was working before as you can see there are posts created etc. It just stopped working randomly

Have you made any changes to the site? installed any extensions?

Arkinn I think I am having MYSQL issues as my wordpress install keeps saying Error establishing a database connection.

MYSQLDatabase is running and I have restarted it multiple times

Sounds like it to me, you've not done anything system-wise that could cause it? it just happened out of the blue?
