jaypatelani it should be fixed now, let me know if you encounter any more issues. There was an error that the signatures table already existed.
Recently, we've been getting some more of these errors, and I am not sure what could be causing this. Apparently, Flarum's migration is run, but it wants to run again, even if the tables were already created. This bugs out some databases, and I'd say that our MySQL server is just busy - we will probably need to clean some inactive forums again (currently there are 2440 active ones, and the latest peak was at around 3000)
Edit: I have tweaked MySQL & MariaDB settings a bit to adapt to more connections. Hopefully this will make the situation better instead of making it worse. I don't have much time to do a proper research for this, because tweaking it would take a lot of time. But I will definitely look at this, very soon (e. g. when I get some free time).
Sorry for the small downtime caused, I had to turn off Nginx so that no more damage is caused to the databases when a query was run halfway during connection
