It seems to be an issue that sometimes pops up in the time between me adding a new extension to the master copy, and syncing it to all installs. It may happen again in the coming days while I bring beta9 extensions on par with beta7, but should resolve itself quickly!

Thanks for the migration, but it would have been very helpful if I knew which extensions were not moved/migrated. All of a sudden, my forum is unreadable – I had a Dutch language pack installed, but that seems gone now? This one seems up to date.

I also quickly figured out the replacement versions of the user directory and navbar links extensions. I still think there’s some stuff missing, but I can't really check. 😃

Because pretty much every extension has changed name/author since beta7, it was better to start all over. I've installed the most popular beta9 extensions according to Packagist.

Just installed the replacement one, it will pop up in your forum within 20 mins, you may need to enable it via admin.

Happy news: all Free Flarum forums are now running on beta9. For most extensions, a beta9 compatible version should have been installed. Let me know if you miss anything in this thread.

Sanguine Would love this! Only, how to integrate with a SaaS service? Two issues:

More extensions mean its harder to do central maintenance (upgrades, hack prevention etc).
The ability to add arbitrary extensions opens up a security hole, as unverified users could run PHP code. Soon, the servers will be owned by spammers and phishers 🙂

Yes, I saw that too. But Bazaar is also highly extendable extension. Couldn't it be possible to modify the source code of Bazaar for your needs? You could disable certain extensions that are able to run php codes, etc...
