@Kulga , I use Firefox ( latest ). Earlier when I tried to drap and drop a tag to primary ( after deleting the only one ), I couldn't add a primary tag and not able to post further. But after your detailing, I tried dragging and dropping a tag as primary more intently. ie, I was a bit lazy while dropping the tag in primary area before. This time, I applied some intent to the dropping and it worked. Thanks.
